My daughter decided she was ready to get her ears pierced after looking we scheduled a consultation for her to get her ears pierced with Jon. He was spoke to Adley like a costumer! Jon was patient and made it known she was the one in control of her choices the whole time for this process despite her being a child. I appreciated her being taught this from somebody other than her parents. Jon and Ali asked her several times before piercing her ears if she was ready and again explained the process so well to her in a way she understood. The patience they had was not only reassuring to me as a parent but also her a child in a scary and exciting situation. The shop is clean and well priced. The over all experience is not rushed but well thought out and they put the well being of your child first. Kuddos to Jon and Ali! We appreciate you guys.

Between the 4 people in our family, we have gotten 11 piercings done by Jon or Ali. We brought our youngest daughter (8 years old) there today. It was another excellent experience. Jon & Ali always create a fun experience and quality work. They have always taken the time to get to know us, and always address any questions/concerns we have. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new piercing.
I've wanted to get my nose pierced for years but was always afraid of the healing process (we've all seen crusty piercings) and felt inexperienced (no tats and the last piercing I got was my lobes in a Walmart at age 13). Got my nostril pierced a week ago and it looks and feels like I've had it done for months. Jon and Ali both made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable and thorough. They helped with and kept me informed on every step in the process and explained the logic for everything: cleaning, the jewelry, the price, the placement, the upkeep during the healing process. And again: it's healed beautifully!
Truly didn't think I'd describe getting my face jabbed as "fun" and "comfortable" but that's definitely the case here. Even though the plan was just one nostril piercing, I've been catching myself plotting what I'd like to get done next.
